(খ) উডের ডেসপ্যাচের শিক্ষা সংক্রান্ত সুপারিশগুলি আলোচনা করো। এটিকে কি ভারতীয় শিক্ষার ‘ম্যাগনা কার্টা’ আখ্যা দেওয়া যায়? ৭+৩

(গ) হান্টার কমিশনের প্রাথমিক এবং উচ্চশিক্ষা সংক্রান্ত সুপারিশগুলি আলোচনা করো। ৭+৩
